You can make use of all MK Architectural Designs' services or only the services you require. Included in our drawings are:

New Dwellings | Additions & Alterations | As-built drawings | Steel structures / Factories | New Developments

Consultations & Recommendations

Initial Site visit to discuss Proposed development & alterations

We will advise on any do's and don't’s or what the building regulations require.

Concept Designs & Sketch Drawings

After the site meeting and instruction to proceed, we will prepare the drafts of sketch drawings or concept designs for approval.

3D Rendering& Video Walkthrough

Should the client request 3D renderings, a 3D model will be drawn up and renderings made of the building or additions to existing building.

A few renderings or a video (walk through) will be sent or presented at a meeting.

Municipal/ Working Drawings

After the concept design, sketch drawings and 3D’s are approved, final municipal working drawings will be prepared for construction & council submission to be approved.

All the necessary documentation required for council submission will be prepared at this stage as well.

Site Development Plans & Monitoring

Should there be a rezoning application involved (I.E changing the properties rights form residential to business), the council will require a site development plan to be drawn up and submitted for approval before the Municipal building plan can be submitted.

A site Development plan is very similar to a standard building but contains a lot more info.

Council Submissions & Applying for Council Approval

When the final municipal drawing and documentation is complete, a meeting will be arranged with the owner to sign all the paper work.

We will then submit everything to council & ensure runs for approval is done.

The Owner will be notified of any progress updates.
